SO you've seen my Insta-videos, and my snapchats. I'm finally posting about my weekend of a lifetime.

On Thursday August 4th (technically Friday August 5th - because it was 2am), I set off in a car with one friend and two strangers for a 13 hour car ride from Toronto to Camp Wandawega. I had no idea what to expect - I only knew that Soho House had invited me and 50 other members (from different houses) on a weekend getaway, and it would have been stupid for me to say no.

Within an hour the former strangers in the car with me, became fast friends (shocking considering they had to listen to my horrendous singing the entire way).

(These are the two unfortunate souls who had to listen to my musical performances for 13 hours - Miguel and Fancy)

Once we got to the camp we were greeted with Grey Goose cocktails and an INSANELY BEAUTIFUL beach concert care of, Corrine Bailey Rae. Afterwards I quickly found the basketball court (where I spent half my time at camp) and started a pick up game with a handful of new friends from Chicago. I may or may not have made one or two Curry level shots...just sayin'.

Later in the evening we had our first dinner under this huge amazing white tent, where we were all able to gather and get to know each other better. After dinner we were lead into the forest for a 'disco'. HONESTLY in the back of my head, I was thinking that it was going to be hella lame, BUT LET ME TELL YOU THE FOREST DISCO ABSOLUTELY BLEW MY FUCKING MIND. Check out this little video snap of it down below. It was INSANE. They went the whole nine yards with it.

The next day we woke up and got to reveal our inner Katniss Everdeen's with archery and other camp activities like paddle boarding and swimming! YES, I may be a city girl at heart, BUT I did go swimming in the lake (despite the large amount of seaweed in it).

Honestly I could go on forever about this weekend, but it truly was an experience of a lifetime. I got to meet so many creative people all with such beautiful souls.

I just want to throw out a huge thank you to Soho House, Grey Goose, and Peroni for sending me on this trip. I'll never forget it.
